I am an innovator and trusted collaborator who excels at navigating uncertainty, equally comfortable leading the charge or rolling up my sleeves to get the work done. My focus is on building great things with equal parts rigor and creativity, and enjoying the process along the way.
My career began in the summers I spent at my father's Chicago design firm, Design Group 3, a legacy I am proud to carry forward as the name for this new venture.

Chicago in the 1970s was a crucible of design, and it’s where my father founded Design Group 3.
From humble beginnings in the Chicago suburbs, DG3 spent over 30 years bridging creativity and innovation. The team pioneered technologies, reinvented conventions, and stretched the limits of possibility for brands like Crate & Barrel, Old Milwaukee, and Standard Oil.
That drive didn’t fade. The ambition that powered the original DG3 still fuels bold ideas today.
